Customer Service ( Responsibility and Commitment):

YemenSoft believes that customer service is really a responsibility and an ethical commitment and should be done in the best manner, so YemenSoft dedicated an integrated department with human and technical facilities for customer service. This department receives client requests, complaints, and suggestions, processing them with other relevant department and sections of the company in prompt through a computerized system which is based on the procedures of quality system (ISO9001:2000) to process, and follow up complaints and requests, closing all cases in satisfying manner.


YemenSoft takes into consideration that after-sale services should be comprehensive and include all activities relevant to the product. Service includes the following:

* Training and Qualifying:

      Training client how to use the system. Training  often  is performed  in well-equipped  rooms in the company or at the client site, it is conducted by professional trainers with methodical approach that verifies  system is comprehended thoroughly by user. Trainee is provided with manuals.   

* Implementation:

YemenSoft implements the system in detail at the user site. The implementation consultant supervises and assists the user with data entry (input process) and generating output that is required by client, insuring that all system modules operate properly and effectively. 

* Consultancy:

It is represented by the technical instructions and guidance provided to the users by company consultants, enabling them to get most advantage of system and overcome any difficulties in their work environment which may be resulted from any discrepancies between the system details and work particularities. In addition YemenSoft provides consultancies to bodies which want to automate their work.  

* Technical Support Service (Maintenance):

 - Free of charge service for one year (warranty).

- Permanent maintenance for one year with nominal fees.

- On-line maintenance service.

- Emergency service during  vacations.
